【Chlorosiane Synthesis Technology】


Technology Overview:
The JGNMT's TCS FBR technology optimizes traditional process and equipment and  is one of the top domestic technologies. It  greatly extends the system uptime, reduces the production cost and improves the safety. By recoverying high boiling point and low boiling point residues, the unit is environmentally friendly and produces less by-products. 
 


Brief Introduction of Process Flow:
MGSi, HCl and hydrogen enter the chlorosilane Synthesis FBR and react under 6.0 barg and 300~350 ℃, producing TCS and a small amount of STC. Chlorosiane gas, hydrogen and very little entrained  silicon exit the top of the Synthesis Reactor and enter the dust removal system to remove silicon. Then the gas flows through the water cooling and cyogenic unit and is condensed into liquid chlorosilane. The liquid chlorosilane enters Heavies Column to remove HBP impurities, then the product from top of Heavies Column enters Light Column to remove LBP impurities. The product at the bottom of Light Column enters the Distillation Column to be separated to obtain high purity TCS and STC liquid. The waste silicon powder in the dust removal system enters solid waste unit to be disposed while the HBP and LBP impurities enter the recovery unit to be collected.
 


Reaction Formula:
 Si+HCL→  SIHCL3 +SICL4+H2
